If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would!! Worst experience I've ever had. Went in to get new tires and an alignment done and the tech there had no idea what he was doing. He had to ask me how to put my car info into his computer, first red flag. He then proceeded to try to align it and ended up making it worse than before I got there. I told the owner of the mistake and he test drove it and said he would have his tech fix it. Well, neither one of them knew what they were doing cuz I ended up leaving with a bad alignment. He stated that I could take it in to his Yuba City location, which I did and the tech there did an even worse job. Horrible place and definitely overpriced. Would never recommend to anyone!!

We had a great experience at California Wheels and Tires! The receptionist was super helpful and answered all of our questions clearly. When the wheels we wanted weren’t in stock, she quickly suggested similar options that matched our style and budget. The team was fast-paced and efficient, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I came here about a year ago to get a lift kit installed that costed me almost 5k DJ the ( Owner) quoted me $1500 to install it take in accountably he was only charging labor and alignment I didn’t think much of it I thought it was a good deal it was a lot of work and it was the only reputable shop I could find around me what I didn’t know is that DJ ( Owner) doesn’t know what he is installing on ANY CAR he needs to go to school before he touches any other car !!! he is only Money driven on DOESNT CARE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS SAFETY!!! after I received my truck 2018 gmc 3500 I drove back to truckee about 120 miles east from this place my steering components lost controls COMPLETLYYYYYY!!!! LUCKLYYY this happened while arriving home !!!!!! And not while driving in the freeway on the way home where that could’ve caused a huge accident !!! I called the shop told them what happened they told me I had to cover the towing back to Sacramento they wouldn’t cover it ( DJ super defensive not wanting to fix it, I told them I would sue them if something bad would’ve happened to me and they got scared but they proceeded to fix the truck for free but a few months later after the truck was fixed afte

Called them on a Monday asking for Toyo AT3s and was told I’ll get the whole set on Thursday. When I told them I was looking to get the Tires mounted onto my wheels before then, they were really helpful in getting things done a day earlier. Good customer service. However, upon inspection of the wheels when I got home, I noticed that two of them were scratched. Though they were small scratches, they were deep, permanent, and noticeable. I know they will get scratched eventually because I got them for off-roading, but I didn’t expect it to be scratched by a shop. The handling of my products by this shop was substandard.
